Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Turbo Brush for Sirena Canister is an air-driven power brush that spins its brush roll on suction alone, with no separate motor or electrical connection. It fits the Sirena 4802 and adds motorized-style agitation to the canister's tool lineup for carpets and area rugs.

Carpet and rugs hold embedded dirt and pet hair that straight suction cannot lift on its own. The turbo brush's spinning roll loosens that debris ahead of the airflow so more of it lifts free, turning the canister into a more effective tool on soft surfaces.
