Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Turbo Cat EX turbine-driven power nozzle (Model 8704) is an air-powered floor tool finished in sapphire blue. Its internal turbine is spun by the vacuum's airflow, driving the brush roll without any electrical connection to the machine.

A turbine nozzle agitates carpet fibers as it cleans, lifting ground-in dirt that straight suction leaves behind. When an older nozzle's brush wears down or the turbine slows, pickup on carpet fades, and a fresh EX nozzle brings that active agitation back.

  • Fits: central and canister vacuum systems using standard friction-fit wands
