Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Turbo Cat Platinum EX Zoom powerhead (Model 8702) is an air-driven turbine floor nozzle with a 1-1/4-inch neck that connects to standard friction-fit wand systems. Airflow from your central vacuum spins the internal turbine and brush roll, so the head needs no batteries or separate power.

Because the turbine keeps the brush in constant floor contact, the powerhead lifts embedded dirt from carpet more effectively than suction alone. It works across a wide range of central vacuum systems, making it a straightforward upgrade or replacement for a tired floor nozzle.

  • Fits: central vacuums including Beam, Nutone, Electrolux, Hayden, VacuMaid, Aggressor, Vacuflo, MD, Canavac, Cyclovac, and Air Vac
  • Function: air-turbine powerhead with a 1-1/4-inch friction-fit neck
