We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Oreck lists TURBO1 as a handheld turbo brush for cleaning stairs and upholstery, with a roller powered by suction from the canister rather than by a motor or an electrical connection. It is supplied here with the standard 1-1/4 inch (32mm) fitting used on the Oreck Buster B canister.

Because the roller runs on airflow alone, there is nothing to wire in and nothing electrical to troubleshoot. If the roller stops turning, check first for hair or thread wound tightly around it before assuming the tool has failed outright.

Oreck states that the turbo brush fits most standard-size vacuum hoses, so it is not tied to a single machine, though the 1-1/4 inch cuff is what to measure against if you are fitting it to something other than a Buster B. Attachments on a compact canister take a lot of handling, and replacing a cracked or worn one is routine rather than a sign the vacuum itself is failing.
