Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This thrust washer (Part #8562) is a replacement bearing component for the Turbocat EX Zoom air-driven power nozzle. The thrust washer absorbs axial load at the end of the brush-roll shaft, preventing the spinning agitator from binding against the shaft support and reducing friction inside the turbine-driven bearing assembly.

When the original thrust washer wears thin or breaks apart, the brush roll develops end-play and noise, and the bearings overheat from added friction. A new washer restores the correct thrust gap so the EX Zoom brush roll spins smoothly and quietly.
