Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. A Type BP paper filter bag for the Hoover C2401 Series Pro Shoulder Vac, the commercial backpack machine, sold as a single bag. Order part 1KE2103000 in whatever quantity you need rather than by the box.

Backpack vacuums are hard on bags because they run for hours at a stretch where the debris is dry, fine and constant. As the paper loads, the operator feels it before anyone else: the machine gets louder, the wand stops lifting grit off hard floor, and the exhaust that blows across the wearer's back starts smelling of dust. That is the point to change it, at around three quarters full, rather than when it is packed solid.

This is a replacement bag for the C2401 series and it seats on the collar the way the original does.
