Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This complete 30-foot hose assembly is built to the universal 1-1/4 inch central vacuum fitting, the size used by most whole-house systems regardless of brand. It arrives with both ends already fitted, a full metal wall cuff on one side and a button-lock handle end on the other, so it is ready to connect the moment it arrives.

The metal wall end is what seats into the inlet valve set into your wall, and a snug fit there matters because any gap at that connection lets outside air in before the hose ever pulls dirt from a room. The button-lock handle on the opposite end clicks onto wands and floor tools and releases with a press of the same button, rather than a twist or a slip-fit that can work loose mid-clean.

Crushproof construction keeps the hose wall from flattening if it lands under a chair leg or catches at a doorway threshold, which matters over a 30-foot run that inevitably crosses several rooms in a cleaning pass. Confirm your existing wands and floor tools use the same 1-1/4 inch button-lock fitting before ordering, since handle styles are not interchangeable across all central vacuum brands, and a hose bought with the wrong handle style will not click onto tools built for a friction-fit connection.
