    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This universal 35-foot crushproof central vacuum hose (Part #EXG12535ICOMP) gives you extra reach over a standard 30-foot hose while fitting the common 1-1/4" central vacuum standard. It ships complete with both ends installed, including a sturdy friction-fit metal handle, and is ready to clean right away.

    • Length: 35 feet for extended reach across rooms, hallways, and stairs from one inlet
    • Diameter: 1-1/4" inner diameter, the universal central vacuum size
    • Handle end: friction-fit metal handle for a durable, tool-free connection to wands and tools
