We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Kirby outer bag with latch is designed for the Kirby Generation 5 (G5) upright and replaces Kirby part #190097 and #8100000. The black fabric bag fits over the fill tube and holds the disposable inner bag, containing dust while the latch keeps the assembly closed during use.

Outer bags wear from years of flexing and handling, and a torn or stretched bag or a broken latch lets dust escape and no longer seals properly. A fresh outer bag restores reliable dust containment and a secure closure.
