Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The universal male plug (Part #32-5610-67) is a round replacement power-cord plug with spring-action prongs for vacuum cleaners. It fits most residential vacuums with 2-wire cords.

A cracked or bent plug makes an unreliable outlet connection, and intermittent power can strain a vacuum's motor over time. The spring-action prongs hold their angle for a secure grip in the outlet, so the connection stays steady instead of cutting in and out. Replacing just the plug is far simpler than replacing the whole cord.
