We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The upper bearing unit numbered #12/14 is a replacement bearing that supports the upper end of the motor shaft. It lets the shaft spin freely while holding it centered, carrying the load at the top of the motor assembly.

A worn upper bearing runs rough, adds noise and vibration, and can let the shaft wander, which strains the motor and drags on performance. Signs include a grinding or whining sound and unusual heat. Fitting a sound bearing returns the shaft to a smooth, quiet, centered spin.
