Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement geared belt (part #10-3304-61) is the toothed drive belt for the Dyson DC25 upright. It links the motor to the brush roll and turns the brush at a fixed speed no matter how much the carpet resists.

When a geared belt stretches, loses teeth, or breaks, the brush roll slows or stops while the motor keeps running, and carpet cleaning falls off. Unlike flat belts, a worn geared belt often fails suddenly. A new belt restores firm, consistent brush drive.
