Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This 4.5 inch crevice tool is a replacement attachment for the ProTeam ProForce 1200XP and 1500XP uprights, built to reach the edges, corners, and gaps that the main floor nozzle cannot. Its narrow, tapered profile concentrates suction into a tight stream for pickup along baseboards and tight spaces.

On a commercial upright like the ProForce, detail work is what separates a thorough cleaning pass from a quick one. The crevice tool handles the edge where carpet meets the wall, the gap behind a radiator, and corners a wide floor nozzle skips over entirely.
