Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. These replacement paper bags fit Tornado and Karcher CV30/1, CV38/1, and CV48/2 commercial uprights, plus NSS Pacer models 112 through 115UE single-motor machines. They come ten to a pack (Envirocare #ECC174) with 99.97 percent filtration media.

On commercial uprights a full or torn bag drops suction sharply and lets debris escape back onto the floor you just cleaned. The high-efficiency media also captures microscopic particles and allergens for facilities where air quality is watched. Fresh bags keep airflow strong and collection sealed.
