Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This compatible replacement brush roll (part #10-3400-25) fits clutch-model Dyson DC04, DC07, DC14, and DC33 uprights. The brush roll agitates carpet fibers so embedded dirt lifts free into the airflow.

Flattened, missing, or hair-wrapped bristles leave the brush skimming over dirt instead of digging it out, and worn end caps can add noise and drag. This brush roll carries fresh bristles at the proper height for thorough carpet grooming and effective extraction.
