Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This telescopic wand is built specifically for VacuFlo and H-P (Hayden) central vacuum systems, with the manufacturer's proprietary button-lock location so it indexes correctly with VacuFlo and HP hoses and handles (Part #6791-G). Because the lock hole is positioned to match these systems, the wand seats and releases the way the factory parts do - no fighting a generic wand that won't line up.

The wand telescopes to set your cleaning tools at a comfortable height and locks firmly with the spring button, so it stays put during use. It's a direct replacement for worn, bent or seized VacuFlo / HP wands and restores smooth length adjustment to your system.
