This telescopic wand fits VacuFlo and H-P (Hayden) central vacuum systems and adds a convenient push-button handle release so you can detach the wand from the hose handle quickly when switching tools (Part #9473). Its proprietary button-lock location matches VacuFlo / HP hoses, ensuring the wand indexes and seats the way the original factory part does.
The wand telescopes to dial in your cleaning height and locks securely with the spring button, then releases at the handle with a single push - no twisting or wrestling required. This version is supplied unsleeved, leaving the metal tube exposed for a clean, lightweight feel.
