Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

PC120ST is a replacement control board for a VacuMaid central vacuum power unit, the small printed circuit assembly that reads the low-voltage loop coming from the wall inlets and hose-end switch and converts that signal into start and stop commands for the motor. It sits between the household wiring and the relay or contactor that actually carries the motor's current.

A board on the way out tends to fail at the power unit rather than at any single inlet: the system will not start from any location, it starts but refuses to stop, or it answers inconsistently no matter which hose or inlet is used. Because a bad relay, a pinched low-voltage wire, or a worn hose-end switch can all mimic these same symptoms, it is worth confirming a signal actually reaches the board's terminals before ordering a replacement, something a multimeter check settles in a few minutes at the terminal block.

Fitting a new PC120ST returns full start and stop control without altering any of the existing low-voltage wiring already run through the house, and the swap itself is limited to the board's mounting screws and its wiring plugs.
