    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    The VacuMaid P1251 is a genuine replacement bottom can for VacuMaid central vacuum power units. This version is built without an air channel, making it the correct dirt bucket for standard bottom-fill VacuMaid systems that route airflow through the unit's cone rather than the can wall.

    The bottom can is the lower collection vessel that latches onto the power unit's motor head and holds vacuumed debris until emptied. A clean, undamaged can ensures a proper seal against the gasket so the system maintains full suction.
