    We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    The VacuMaid V35NI is a replacement housing for 14" central vacuum cans used on VacuMaid built-in vacuum systems. The housing is the structural shell that holds the motor pod and seats the dirt canister, forming the body of the power unit.

    If the original housing on a 14"-can VacuMaid system has been cracked, dented, or corroded, this component restores the unit to proper working condition without replacing the entire power unit. Because it is configured to match a specific build, the V35NI is a special-order item.
