Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement Air Adjustment Plate regulates airflow within the vacuum, sliding to open or close a bleed port that sets how much suction reaches the cleaning head. By controlling the air path, it lets you match suction to the surface you are cleaning.

A plate that is cracked, warped, or sticking can leak air where it should seal or fail to move through its range, which throws off suction control and can weaken pickup at the floor. Replacing a damaged plate restores a clean seal and smooth adjustment, returning proper airflow regulation to the machine.
