Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The vacuum exhaust filter cover (Part #440002715) is a replacement cover that encloses the exhaust filter on your vacuum and channels filtered air out of the machine. It also holds the filter firmly seated in its housing during operation.

A cracked or ill-fitting cover lets air bypass the filter, so fine dust can slip back into the room and the filter can shift out of position. Fitting the correct cover restores a sealed exhaust path and keeps filtration working the way it should.
