    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This is the VacuVision RF915 Remote Key Chain Fob (Part #145VKT) sold on its own, without a receiver. Use it to replace a lost or worn remote, or to add a second handheld transmitter to an existing central vacuum installation that already uses the #145VKK RF915 Remote Control Kit.

    The 915 MHz RF fob pairs with the receiver included in the 145VKK kit, giving you convenient wireless start/stop control of your central vacuum power unit. Because the system works by bypassing the low-voltage on/off wiring, the fob lets you operate the unit from a compact key-chain remote.
