Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Valuflex Direct Connect Dual-Switch Hose Assembly (Part #SV130114035BDUI) is a 35-foot central vacuum hose that connects the wall inlet directly to your cleaning tools. Its dual-switch handle powers the wand and powerhead through the hose, and it is also cataloged as part #SZ130138035BDUI.

When a direct-connect hose cracks at the cuffs or kinks along its length, suction at the floor nozzle drops and the powerhead may lose steady current. Installing a fresh 35-foot assembly reseals the airway and brings pickup and switch response back to normal.
