Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Valuflex low voltage central vacuum hose (Part #XV130138030BUI) is a 30-foot hose with a button-lock handle that secures wands firmly in place. A direct-connect end fits standard 110V wall inlets, and the ergonomic grip keeps the handle comfortable through long cleaning sessions.

Central vacuum hoses wear from repeated coiling and flexing until the crushproof tubing cracks or the fittings loosen, both of which drain suction at the handle. This replacement restores a sealed path from inlet to wand. The button lock holds attachments in place so wands do not pop loose mid-stroke.
