Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the genuine extension wand for the Vapamore MR-100 Primo steam cleaner, new style (2017 and later). Part #90617 adds reach and leverage to your steamer, letting you clean floors, walls, and high surfaces without bending or stooping.

The wand connects between the MR-100 Primo handle and the floor head or other steam attachments, extending your working distance so you can comfortably steam baseboards, under furniture, ceilings, and tall windows. Because this is the 2017-redesign style, it is sized to fit the newer Primo connection rather than the older pre-2017 triangular fitting.
