    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    This is the genuine steam gun with hose assembly for the Vapamore MR-100 Primo steam cleaner, new style (2017 and later). Part #90621 is the handheld trigger gun and flexible hose that delivers steam from the boiler unit to all of your Primo attachments.

    The steam gun is the core control point of the system: you grip it, press the trigger to release steam on demand, and connect wands, brushes, nozzles, and the floor head directly to its outlet. The attached hose carries pressurized steam from the MR-100 Primo's tank to the gun, so a cracked, leaking, or worn hose can take the whole machine out of service.
