Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the genuine triangular extension wand for the original Vapamore MR-100 Primo steam cleaner, older style (pre-2017). Part #90617TR uses the distinctive triangular connection found on the early Primo models, so it mates correctly with the pre-2017 floor head and steam gun.

The wand adds reach and leverage to your steamer, extending your working distance so you can clean floors, baseboards, walls, ceilings, and tall windows without bending. It seats between the Primo steam gun and the floor head or other attachments, restoring full standing reach to an older-style system.

  • Fits: Vapamore MR-100 Primo, older style (pre-2017)
