Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This 32-foot replacement power cord (part #10-5806-03) fits the Dyson DC17 upright and comes with terminals pre-attached for a straightforward swap. The cord delivers mains power to the motor and gives the machine its cleaning reach.

A frayed, nicked, or cut cord is a genuine shock and fire hazard and should be taken out of service at once. Internal breaks also cause the vacuum to cut out when the cord is flexed. A new cord restores safe, uninterrupted power and the full 32 feet of reach.
