Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the 4-meter (13-foot) black stretch hose assembly for the Wally retractable hose handle system (Part #TBOWALLYN). It is the standard hose supplied with the black Wally unit — a lightweight, expandable central vacuum hose that stretches out to length when in use and contracts compactly for storage.

The stretch design means there is no bulky coiled hose to manage: the assembly extends to roughly 13 feet of working reach, then springs back to a fraction of that size when relaxed. This makes it ideal for closets, laundry rooms, and tight central vacuum installations where space is limited.
