Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the 7-meter (23-foot) black stretch hose assembly with handle for the Wally retractable hose system (Part #TBOWALLY2N). It is the optional long-reach hose for the black Wally unit, offering nearly double the working length of the standard 13-foot assembly so you can clean farther from a single inlet.

The expandable stretch hose extends to roughly 23 feet under use, then contracts back to a compact size for storage — no bulky coil to manage. The integrated handle gives you control at the cleaning end and connects to your tools and wands. Note that this is sold separately and is not included with the base Wally unit.
