Wand Nut & Snap Ring - Sani...

$13.99

Product details

The wand nut and snap ring are what hold the wand into its socket on the Sanitaire SC412 backpack. Ordered together as part B3523900N, they are the two small pieces that make that joint lock rather than simply push together.

When the nut strips or the ring loses its spring, the wand stops clicking home. It rocks in the socket, pulls free when you drag the hose behind you, and leaks air at the joint, which shows up at the floor tool as suction that is there one moment and gone the next.

Fit the pair rather than one or the other. The ring sets the tension the nut clamps against, so a new nut on a tired ring will feel loose again within weeks. No special tools are needed once the old hardware is out.
