Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Wessel Werk HEB160 is a compact electric hand power brush (part #109047-309) built for central vacuum systems and matched to the Wessel Werk 4846 universal fitting. Its motorized brush drives agitation for stairs, upholstery, and other above-floor surfaces.

A powered hand brush cleans these surfaces far better than suction alone by actively lifting embedded dirt and pet hair. If the original brush is worn, seized, or damaged, that agitation is lost. A sound power brush restores active cleaning on stairs and upholstery.
