Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The black edition of Wessel-Werk's 13-inch hard-floor brush fits the D330 floor-tool family, including the Twister and Turn & Clean swivel models. It uses a standard 1-1/4" (32 mm) friction-fit neck, so it installs on Wessel-Werk wands and many other canister and central vacuums sharing that wand size.

It is the same brush as the light grey 10100 in a black finish, and accepts the 10102 (CA330) carpet adapter for use on rugs. Choose Wessel-Werk Part #10101 to replace a worn brush and keep your D330 floor tool sweeping cleanly.
