Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement crevice tool (part #106001-300) is the deluxe black 12-inch version with a 1 1/4-inch fitting, built for the Wessel Werk 1823. Its long, tapered nozzle reaches into narrow gaps that a floor tool cannot.

A crevice tool that is cracked or has a split tip loses suction and can scratch surfaces as you work along edges. Once the nozzle chips, it no longer seals against tight spaces. A sound tool restores focused suction for baseboards, cushions, and around furniture.
