Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Wessel-Werk EBK250 Battery Power Nozzle Kit is a complete cordless-style upgrade for central vacuum systems, bundling the EBK250 electric brush head with a battery-powered wand and charger (Part #EBK250DCK). Because the brushroll is driven by an onboard battery rather than the host vacuum's wiring, the kit works with low-voltage and air-only inlets where a traditional 110V power head can't.

The EBK250 head pairs Wessel-Werk's German-built geared brushroll with a swivel neck for nimble steering around furniture and along baseboards. The included battery wand delivers consistent agitation across carpet and area rugs, and the charger keeps the system ready between cleanings.
