Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Wessel-Werk EBK360 Battery Power Nozzle Kit is a complete cordless brush-head system for central vacuums, bundling the light-gray EBK360 power nozzle with a battery wand and charger (Part #EBK360DCK). Because the brushroll runs on its own rechargeable battery, the kit delivers true motorized agitation even on air-only and low-voltage central vacuum inlets that can't power a 110V head.

The EBK360 is Wessel-Werk's top-tier nozzle, featuring an integrated LED headlight and a deep-cleaning brushroll that lifts embedded dirt and pet hair from carpet and rugs. The battery delivers approximately 90 minutes of run time per charge, with a typical 3-4 hour charge cycle, so the system is ready for whole-home cleaning sessions.
