Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Designed for carpet, the Wessel Werk EBK360 Power Nozzle features a QDC quick-disconnect neck and cross-references Wessel Werk 4844. A motor inside spins the brush roll to beat and lift dirt from carpet and area rugs, adding the mechanical action that plain suction cannot provide.

A power nozzle that has lost its agitation, whether from a worn belt, a seized roller, or flattened bristles, cleans carpet no better than a bare wand. That is usually when pet hair and ground-in grit start to linger in the pile. Swapping in this replacement head brings back full brush action and the deeper clean it produces.
