Returns & Exchanges

For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. When the strips wear down or the plate cracks, the brush scratches, glides unevenly, and leaves debris behind. A fresh base plate restores full brush contact and smooth movement over hard floors.
