Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Wessel Werk hose low voltage switch (Part #1262WPCBF) is a replacement switch for the gas pump grip hose handle, listed under Wessel Werk GAS PUMP GRIP. The low-voltage switch in the handle controls the power nozzle or motor from the grip, so you can turn the brush on and off at the hose.

A switch that has failed leaves the tool unresponsive or intermittent, unable to signal the power nozzle reliably. Replacing it restores dependable on-off control right at the handle.
