Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Wessel Werk power cord splitter cable (Part #1265309) is a replacement 14-inch, 14-gauge cable that fits the Wessel Werk 5712. The splitter routes power within the vacuum's wiring, carrying current on heavy 14 AWG conductors sized for the load.

A frayed, cut, or damaged power cable is an electrical hazard and can interrupt power to the machine. Replacing it with a correctly rated cable restores a safe, reliable connection.
