    Returns & Exchanges

    Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

    Return eligibility

    Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

    Shipping and refunds

    For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

    Prestige Duo pairs Wessel-Werk's EBK250AC electric power nozzle with two swappable brush rolls, one built for carpet and one for bare floors, so a single nozzle body handles a mixed-flooring home rather than forcing a compromise brush to cover both surfaces. Trading one roller for the other takes seconds and no tools, just a latch release at the base of the nozzle.

    The EBK250AC runs on 110V power carried through the hose, so it requires a dual-voltage electric hose, one carrying both the 110V feed for the brush motor and the low-voltage start signal, the arrangement used by most powered nozzles on the market. A 35 foot silver hose reaches well past a typical single-story room from one wall inlet, and two full wand sets mean the kit can be set up or stored at two locations without any disassembly in between, useful in a two-story home with inlets on each floor.

    Everything the kit needs day to day rides in the included zippered bag: a four-piece attachment set for stairs, upholstery, and tight corners, along with hose and wand hangers that keep the whole rig off the floor between uses rather than coiled in a closet.
