Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Product details

This is the Wessel Werk QDC system power wand supplied complete with its battery, part 14.6101-302, and it is listed against the Wessel Werk 1954. QDC is Wessel Werk's quick-disconnect coupling, so the wand joins the hose and the power nozzle without a separate cord run.

A power wand does two jobs at once: it carries the airflow and it passes power down to the nozzle motor. When the wand's contacts wear or its internal wiring breaks, the nozzle becomes intermittent, cutting out as the wand is extended or twisted, and it is easy to blame the nozzle for a fault that lives in the wand.

Replacing the wand restores both the airway and the electrical path in one part. Check that your system uses the QDC coupling before ordering, since Wessel Werk wands are not interchangeable across fitting types.
