The rear wheel axle (Part #124117-02) is a replacement axle for the Wessel Werk TK280 turbo tool, cross-referenced to the Wessel Werk 7907. It carries the rear wheels and lets them turn freely, holding the back of the tool level as the air-driven brush works the carpet.
When the rear axle bends, wears, or breaks, the wheels wobble or seize and the tool drags instead of rolling cleanly. Installing a fresh axle brings back true, free-rolling rear wheels and even travel.
