Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The small front wheel (Part #124041-01) is a replacement wheel for the Wessel Werk TK280 turbo tool, cross-referenced to the Wessel Werk 7908. The front wheels carry the tool across the floor and set its height above the carpet so the air-driven brush contacts the fibers correctly.
