Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Wessel Werk TK284 turbine (Part #124610-64) is a replacement 35mm turbine for the TK284 turbo tool, cross-referenced to the Wessel Werk 1012. The turbine is the air-driven rotor inside the tool that the vacuum's airflow spins, and it drives the brush roll that agitates carpet.

A turbine with worn or broken vanes spins slowly or not at all, which stalls the brush and leaves the tool relying on suction alone. Fitting a fresh turbine restores full brush speed and the agitation the tool depends on.
