Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The Wessel Werk TK286 Turbo Tool is an air-driven turbo brush with a 1-1/4 inch (32mm) fitting, cross-referenced to Wessel Werk 4835. Suction alone spins its internal brush roll, so it delivers motorized-style carpet agitation without any separate power connection to the head.

Turbo tools lose their bite when the brush bristles wear down or the roller clogs with hair and thread, at which point the spinning slows and carpet pickup drops. Clearing the roller helps, but a worn brush eventually needs replacing. This tool restores brisk, air-driven agitation for carpets, rugs, and entry mats.
