Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The adapter cap is the small collar that joins a Wessel Werk turbo tool to a 35mm wand or hose end, and part 12.1077-03 is the direct replacement for it. It is sized for the 35mm fitting and is listed for the Wessel Werk 6235.

Adapter caps take every twist and pull the tool sees. Once the collar cracks or the locking tabs wear round, the turbo tool sags on the wand, wobbles mid-stroke, or drops off entirely, and the air leak at the joint takes the spin out of the brush. Fitting a fresh cap seats the tool tight again and sends full airflow into the turbine.

It presses onto the tool neck in place of the broken one, no tools needed. Measure your wand opening at 35mm before ordering, since turbo tools are built in more than one neck size.
