The Wessel Werk turbo tool swivel elbow (Part #124610-04) is a replacement 35mm elbow for the turbo tool, cross-referenced to the Wessel Werk 6230. The swivel elbow connects the turbo tool to a 35mm wand and lets the tool pivot freely, so the head follows the floor while you move the wand.
