Returns & Exchanges

We offer 35-day returns on eligible items: request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 35 days of delivery, and your return must reach us within 21 days after the RA# is issued.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging with all accessories. For non-defective returns you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded, and if your order shipped free our actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. This replacement wet/dry motor (Part #831567) fits the ProTeam ProGuard 20-Gallon wet/dry vacuum and is also cataloged as part #844-9DW. The motor is the source of suction, drawing air through the tank to lift water and debris.

Lost suction, a burning smell, unusual whining, sparking at the housing, or a unit that will not start all point to a failing motor. Replacing the motor restores full suction and extends the life of the machine rather than retiring the whole unit.
